Not so good & probably won’t try them out again!

As nice as Jacob sounds, he was only out for himself/company, not the customer. David, a tech, called me told me they would replace the windshield for $50.00. I questioned this multiple times. He kept agreeing so I, the customer assumed it was some kind of deal offered if your vehicle was in for repairs (under warranty). I agreed, he brought on a third person (Chris) to record me agreeing to the $50 replacement. The only recoding is me agreeing to the $50 repair. Now, notice I said David offered a replacement windshield versus Chris saying repair. So since there is no “recording” of the conversation between David and I………I, the female customer, is lying and misunderstood according to Jacob (part owner) and all he wanted to offer as a “fix” was to give me a quote for a new windshield install and deduct the $50 from that. All I asked for to make it fair was the refund of the $50 since I was told the incorrect procedure by David. I am well adverse as to vehicles repairs so to claim “I” misunderstood because I was a woman was disheartened.
All is well that ends well.
