As nice as Jacob sounds, he was only out for himself/company, not the customer. David, a tech, called me told me they would replace the windshield for $50.00. I questioned this multiple times. He kept agreeing so I, the customer assumed it was some kind of deal offered if your vehicle was in for repairs…

Reese took care of me, start to finish. Handled the insurance aspects, set appointment, and was waiting. Estimated four hours, actually three. Windshield looks great, interior clean. And Reece went over the insurance allowances on completion. Excellent work!
