Windshield Fail

Everyone is friendly at first and even speak Spanish. Then you purchase the Windshield glass not even two months later it’s starting to crack from the inside from it not being installed correctly. When I contacted the front desk, Clarissa said she didn’t have any information on my purchase.I trusted this place because it’s within a dealership they weren’t able to resolve my issue they want me to pay for another windshield when it was clearly their fault for not installing it correctly.
