Ross from Safe Tech Auto Glass was very helpful. He walked us through the insurance process step-by-step and made sure we understood what we were doing and why. He also went the extra mile and made sure we were taken care of no matter what. He noticed another chip in the windshield after he fixed the one that we agreed on and fixed it as well for no additional charge. You don’t get this kind of service nowadays. He even made sure the guys in the car wash addressed a concern I had. Great management skills and customer service.
